Company History Overview
SAY Cellular was founded in 1995 by partners Abigail Bostelman and Scott Richer in Archbold, Ohio. Bostelmand had been in wireless sales based in Defiance, Ohio and Richer in Toledo, OH previous to the venture. Bostelman and Richer opened additional stores in Wauseon, Napoleon and Bryan. SAY became incorporated in 1998.
In 2001, Zachary L. Miller came on board as a Senior Partner after Richer's departure from the corporation. Miller had been a Senior Account Executive with a wireless company in Monroe, MI. Bostelman and Miller opened additional locations in Defiance, Bowling Green, Holland and Findlay. The two also added a business sales team. Bostelman became the President of the Corporation while Miller is now the CEO.
In 2003, Bostelman and Miller rebranded the company to match the branding of Concentric Network, Inc. Each received ownership of the company as a result of joint business practices. Ownership of Concentric Network, Inc. has since been reverted as the companies have parted ways. SAY Cellular, Inc. however has kept the external branding of Complete Wireless.
In 2004, SAY Cellular, Inc. entered the State of Indiana as a T-Mobile Master Non-exclusive dealer under the name Skycom. This relationship has since been terminated.
In 2005, Bostelman and Miller created NWO Auctions. NWO Auctions is a registered eBay trading assistant based in the Wauseon, OH store. The company expanded to all Complete Wireless Solutions and SAY Cellular stores in Northwest Ohio.
In 2006, SAY Cellular, Inc. opened locations in Fort Myers, Florida. Currently this location offers Alltel Wireless and Metro PCS.
2007 brought the addition of a mall location in Lima, Ohio.
In mid-2008, Say Cellular, Inc. opened locations in New Haven, IN and Ottawa, OH.
2009 has brought the trade-name of C.W. Solutions (Complete Wireless Solutions) to encompass the changing marketplace. Complete Wireless Solutions has begun specializing in home internet solutions through products such as wireless internet cards & netbooks.
